It depends. Do you want to get free food and drinks and to make friends? Or do you want to network? Penn social generally doesn’t host “serious” receptions.

I’ve been to other Google sponsored events too and they tend to be fairly meh.
I have a friend going to that one. He’s a NCAA fanboy though. It looks like its invite only though so maybe fewer interns.
