Agencies are reviewing PPAs that are inconsistent with priorities and guidance is it’d be a full RIF during the shutdown, and only maintain the staffing in the PPAs to maintain whatever statutory requirements there are.
RIFs will only go into effect after 60 days, so basically a complete wash.
