No chance. Republicans want a clean CR through Nov. 21 and feel like they have the upper hand. Democrats are dug in on the Obamacare subsidies and rolling back the Medicaid cuts.

Mood on the Dem side is frustrated but firm. Schumer is under a ton of pressure not to cave like he did in March. They feel like leaving the House out of session gives them a huge messaging advantage this week.
