Hey everyone, I’m a recent poli sci grad trying to land my first job on the Hill. I’m hoping to put my degree to work and am really interested in legislative and policy roles. I’m a quick learner, a strong researcher, and ready to dive in wherever I can be most helpful. If your office is looking for a Legislative Correspondent or a Staff Assistant, I’d love to chat. Any leads on openings or general advice for a recent grad trying to get a foot in the door would be awesome. Happy to answer questions or share my resume in a DM. Thanks everyone so much for your help!
Do you have any policy areas you’re particularly interested in? Or do you have any coursework/papers that go deep on anything? That’ll help ppl on this site route you in the right direction.
What state are you from? Personal offices want home state ties.
