Isn’t new years the week of president’s day this year
It’s going to be an election year calendar which means there will be a lot more recess. I couldn’t tell you what days we’ll be in recess for exactly but I know for sure that there will be more recess time
Heard that the senate calendar was debuted at the Republican policy lunch. Quick takeaway is that we’re in session for the first full week of August, but we’re out all of October. Overall, very easy schedule next year.

Does this mean we have a shortened August recess? Seems odd for an election year.
Quick update there is that we have the first two weeks of September off. So, effectively a 5 week recess then.
