I’m hearing there’s massive turnover there. The last staff director was insufferable and i thought the new one would be better but i guess not?
Friend of mine on the committee told me that the chairman is a major pain to work for. He has a 20 minute rule or something where if you don’t respond within 20 minutes a few times that he just fires you
The last SD was indeed a massive b!tch and most of the remaining staff came in under her watch. That’s a big part of why they’re still so dysfunctional
