Aren’t there a ton of requirements to get someone here on an H1B that basically ensure that they’re at least filling a niche skill?
Then explain the massive numbers in tech companies and the fact that US computer science grads can’t get jobs.
He’s not wrong. It’s very simple to fix this: just have it so that H1-Bs are awarded in order of salary, so that the highest-paid gets the first visa, the next highest-paid gets the next one, until you reach the cap.
