It’s dirty, the staff are rude, the beer taps have been broken/offline way too often, and when they work it tastes like they haven’t cleaned the lines in years.
The staff is rude, the service is terrible, the tables are covered in used dishes even if they aren’t busy, the bartender disappears for 30-45 minutes at a time, the waitstaff is wearing headphones while taking your order.
Tried to get delivery from there twice, both times the wait was so long (30-45 minutes) for a single order of wings that the doordash guy called me to complain BOTH TIMES about it, and both times the order was almost totally wrong.
The quality of the wings is subpar - they are shriveled and broken and look/taste microwaved.
Did I mention the staff is rude and awful?
This is like the MARQUEE FLAGSHIP MAIN CORNER location in the square - it’s the first business most people see when walking into the square from the metro or parking garages.
And it’s just awful - the reviews on google hover around a 3-star rating, and all the complaints are similar to mine.
It’s a SCOURGE on the town center, and it doesn’t deserve to exist there anymore.
Rockville Town gov’t need to either demand that the management and staff be fired and they start over, or they should kick them out and let in a tenant that will actually attract people to the area and where they want to spend their time.
Here’s a wild thought: Give that space to Finnegans or World of Beer - they are MUCH better experiences for anyone.
Or let someone totally new in - it doesn’t matter
But that BWW needs to GO - ASAP!
