When do we think we’re getting this done by? Any updates on the HS negotiations?
Other thread mentioned the possibility of Noem getting fired in return for Dems to vote this package.
Leadership on the Tuesday RPC call just said that we’re staying here until we’re done w/ this minibus. Suffice it to say, I wouldnt count on a Thursday fly-out day.
Last I heard on the HS negotiations is that the situation is “fluid” and that Collins is desperately trying to salvage this hot mess. Short of trading away Noem, the best we can hope for is the jet fumes convince Senators to hold their nose and vote.

Tillis being a yea surprised me.
I heard that Budd was a no vote because of the whole delayed North Carolina FEMA funds dispute.
