I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how long you should stay in an office. I’ve been in my current role for about 9 months now and I’m thinking about making the jump to another office soon. I’m wondering if only staying for a year is too little or if its acceptable since it’s not really a whole new job, just a different position.

What offices are hiring?
It depends a lot on what role you’re going to, but on average, I’d say you should always go for the better role even if you’ve only been in yours for even six months. There’s no real loyalty between member/staffer in like 95% of cases. You sticking around will ultimately yield nothing most of the time.
I know of a bunch. Members from NV, VA, TX, NY, CA and a couple of committees even
