I keep hearing about this AI thing at DOE called Genesis Mission
I read the EO and I’m still confused as to what it’s actually supposed to do but ppl aren’t talking about it much
Anyone know what’s going on
It’s an AI research platform thing where they get a bunch of data sources and use them to made a research tool everyone can use
It’s weird because I haven’t heard anything about it from the appropriations side of things and I thought they’d need money to be able to do most of the things they want?
I texted one of my friends at one of the companies highlighted by trump after that EO came out and it sounds like they barely know what’s going on. basically told me it’s a cash grab opportunity, but they need to be willing to do whatever it is the admin wants in advance to even get to participate.
